Dentist Locator and Appointment Service

Thank you for using britesmilewhitening.com.  This site is offered solely for providing information and the service of helping you locate a licensed dental office that has chosen to be a professional BriteSmile Associated Center (“AC”), booking an appointment with the BriteSmile AC, and transferring payment from you to the BriteSmile AC.  This website is only a booking service.  

Just as all people are unique, all whitening candidates are unique.  Only the dental professional evaluating you can determine whether you are an appropriate candidate for the BriteSmile tooth whitening procedure or what results you may achieve. 

The dental office performing your BriteSmile procedure shall be solely responsible for evaluating you as a proper candidate for a tooth whitening procedure and performing the BriteSmile tooth whitening service.  BPI is not responsible in any way for the performance of, and results you achieve from, your BriteSmile procedure; including but not limited to evaluating whether you are a proper candidate for tooth whitening, the quality of treatment you receive, and the results you achieve.    

Refunds

You can request a refund for your payment anytime up until the day before your scheduled appointment.  Refund requests for non performed procedures on or after the appointment date are subject to verification by the servicing BriteSmile AC. 

Customers may cancel appointments by telephone, offering sufficient identification.  It may take up to five business days to cancel previous charges. 

Trademarks, Copyrights, and Restrictions

This site is controlled and operated by BPI (“BPI”), 8550 Higuera St., Culver City, CA 90232.  All material on this site, including, but not limited to images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, is protected by copyrights which are owned and controlled by BPI, or by other parties that have licensed their material to BPI.  Material from Britesmilewhitening.com may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of the copyrights and other proprietary rights. The use of any such material on any other Web site or networked computer environment without the written authorization from BPI is prohibited.

Privacy

Britesmilewhitening.com is very respectful about the privacy concerns of the visitors to this site on the Internet. Jurisdictional Issues

This site is controlled and operated by BPI from its offices within the State of California, United States of America. BPI makes no representation that materials in this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such State. Any action you, any third party or BPI bring to enforce this agreement or, in connection with, any matters related to this site shall be brought only in either the state or Federal Courts located in Los Angles County, California, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by an authorized representative of BPI

BPI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms of Use at any time.  BPI recommends that you review the Terms of Use each time you use this website to see if any of the terms have been updated.  By use of this website at any time, you agree to be bound by these terms, including such modifications, alterations or updates that may be posted.
